Many teachings have been promoted in the past that only confuse the Bible record, and Dr. Whitcomb goes far to clear them away, by showing us exactly what the scriptures teach, not what men teach about the scriptures. That is a big difference, and makes all the difference between knowing what God truly meant to say and what godly but misguided men have put in, with the best intentions, of course!

Christianity, not Islam, elevates humanity! Christianity, not Islam, eliminates slavery too! Slavery is a long-standing, systemic feature of Islam, despite the ardent, outraged denials. Women are, in the Koran and in the Hadiths, held to be second class species, or significantly lower in status, compared with men. They are even considered evil, and needing almost constant surveillance by men in their families. Men are given the right to kill them if they break morality as prescribed by the Koran and the tribal morality system governing Muslim families since Mohammed's times and even before him. But even if women are treated like slaves in Muslim societies and family, they have some rights. Slaves have none under Islam. Islam condones slavery, and slavery is practiced across Africa (and black peoples of Africa has been a target of the Muslim Arab slave trade ever since Islam invaded from Arabia and swept away Christian countries in North Africa and Egypt). Blacks are considered a degraded subspecies or barely human by the Arabs of Islam (the blacks themselves say so, such as Mr. Simon Deng formerly an abductee and a slave of Arab Muslims of northern Sudan and now a U.S. citizen). Thus, Arab-dominated Islam is apartheidist and racist, and denies this too, of course! Slavery is now sweeping into America society, through abductions and then sale of children and women to affluent households. Honolulu, Seattle, Portland, New Orleans, are some of the main cities where human traffiking is being conducted. These are all liberal, secular fundamentalist-run cities and states, which says something about the relation of liberalism and secular fundamentalism and human freedom! Someone said that totalitarianism is just under the skin of liberalism--and this shows in the case of the total disregard of human dignity and the use of human beings as slaves and chattel for sex or unpaid work.

Persecution of Christians is at this moment rampant and socially acceptable in the world (with virtually nothing said by the atheistic BBC and Amnesty International and other leading human rights watchdog organizations), thanks to the Olympic Torch waving, smiling Red Chinese in China, and to the Muslim, Hindu, and Darwinian religions. The 20th century witnessed more Christian martyrs giving up their lives for Christ than in all the previous centuries! Did you know that fact? Chances are, you were not told. But the worst is not over--it is still coming! The 21st century is not showing any seeds of compassion for Christianity--just the opposite. The teeth are bared in the faces of Islam, Hinduism, and Secular Fundamentalism, and they are already gnashing on the flesh and bone of Christians across the globe. These terrible beasts will devour much Christian flesh, just as they have done in previous centuries. It is wise, then, to prepare ourselves, even in America, where the persecution is more intimidation and indirect, rather than frontal. We will someday face massacres and executions here in America too--at the rate we are going with secular fundamentalists and Islam taking over our country. Thus, the accounts of martyrs is most timely and instructive. From them we can learn what we need to know to stand when the tests come, as they certainly will come even to us in this island of safety set in a sea of persecution.

One of the most notable Russian martyrs of the 20th century was the young Army soldier Ivan Moiseyev, who never gave up his faith in Christ despite all the intimidation techniques, social manipulation, and outright torture of the KGB and the Russian army commanders inflicted on him for many months before they finally killed him, just to make him deny Christ his Savior and Lord and wipe out the evidence that their communism and atheism were false beliefs:

America's evangelical churches badly need to return to the old hymnals which contain the historic hymns of the Church. Not only did these hymnals teach literacy to generations of young Americans, but they taught true reverence for God, and true worship of God. The catchy tunes and trendy lyrics of today's church songs are not necessarily an improvement over the hymnals' songs. If you measure the lyrics against those in the hymns, they do not stand the scrutiny. We are debasing Christian hymnody, in most cases. This will impoverish the churches spiritually, as music has grown to be a very big part of the churches' program, perhaps bigger than it should be. Church music has become entertainment, in many instances. That is not what Christian music should be, unless it is a concert set up with purely entertainment in mind, not genuine worship and edification of the saints. All the songs written and promoted today by the gigantic Christian music industry can not equal a single average song in the hymnals. The hymns of yesterday will be around, still lovingly sung by the saints, when all the songs of today have long been forgotten

The question really needs to be asked by the churches' leaders: "Is our music truly spiritual, truly inspired, and led by the Spirit of God? Or is it something else? How is this music we use serving the Church, in the building up and equipping of the saints to be mature followers of Christ and to spread the Gospel to lost souls? Is the demeanor and manner of the singers and musicians drawing attention to them--and not to Christ? Who is getting the glory--God or man? Why are they named and presented in front for all to see and admire? Is that modest, is that Christlike? Then, if not, why do we make showpieces of the musicians and the singers and choirs?"

There is a big problem here, saints, when a major denomination pays song leaders as much as 300k a year! But even small churches may be out of step with God's spirit, in the way the music is being conducted, or in the songs that are sung in preference to truly inspired hymns. The manner too is very important--as the manner or style or method or even the showy robes of choirs may detract and lessen the spiritual effect and increase the carnality. It is high time for a change. We need to return to true reverence and true content and true spirituality in Christian music. Entertaining, showy, extravagant, popular productions--that is not what Christian music should be about. It may draw or attract carnal Christians and even crowds, but it will not please God, nor will it draw the Spirit of God down on the congregation to do His sovereign will.

CHRISTIAN ACTIVISM CENTER:

In today's global society, guess who is the current Goliath? Guess who is David? One answer is that Goliath is the pagan, secular fundamentalist governments in the West and their supporting, profiteering elites who benefit off Big Government at the expense of the electorate and the common voting people. This is not good. Bad governance, incompetence, outright corruption and misuse of public monies for private gain by our elected, supposed representatives in Congress or Parliament, are all the result, along with rampant, runaway pork barrel and earmarked spending and the consequent accretion of trillions in debt now bought up and owed to non-Western, tyrannical regimes who fund the public debts (with a pay back later in the loss of our freedom and liberties!).

Biblically, there was a real Goliath, living, breathing, spitting, cursing God--he was not just a colorful myth or a literary figure of speech. Goliath had four real brothers too. Five giants in total comprised this particular heathen family of giants centered in ancient Gath, one of the five leagued cities of ancient Philistia. We too face their modern, equally nasty versions--the Goliath of secular fundamentalism, and his brothers, Islam/False Anti-Christian Religiosity, Earth Worship/Environmentalism, Pagan Hedonism/Materialism, and Darwinism. These toxic giants rule Western societies and oppress hundreds of millions of people with their accursed values, lusts, falsehoods, deceptions, greed, murderous hatred, and intolerance. They are killers. They have already murdered millions of people, and fully intend to murder hundreds of millions more. Of course, Goliath and his brothers are all dressed up to look very nice before the TV cameras--and are shrunk down by spin masters to average human size--but they are the same old heathen giants that opposed God, opposed righteousness, and opposed the will of the One True God for people's lives. These horrible, foul, blaspheming, godless, atheistic tools of Satan rule in the White House, in the U.S. Congress, in the Supreme Court and the lower courts, in the mainline denomination churches, in the Pentagon, in the Ivy League colleges, the leading universities and the public schools, in the corporations--which leaves righteous, Godfearing little David rather out in left field, you would think! But Goliath's days, and his evil brothers' too, were numbered when God raised up a champion, a little shepherd boy named David, who was little only in the world's opinion, for he was God's anointed man of the hour for the deliverance of Israel from the awful bondage, oppression, and power of the seemingly unbeatable Philistines. Read I and II Samuel and get the whole story of David, Saul, and Goliath and his brothers. You will find this happens. David won, and all the others who opposed him lost--lost big! They were, in fact, swept right out of existence! Where is Philistia today? Where are the Philistines? They don't exist! The Israelis, the Jews, exist--thanks to God. Goliath's head ended up in David's trophy case! Why can't we follow David's example? Let's go and take the heads of Secular Fundamentalism, Islam/False, Anti-Christ Religiosity, Pagan Hedonism/Materialism, Darwinism, and Earth Worship/Environmentalism! We can do it--by trusting God in the battle.

Again: Why did "little David" win out against seemingly invincible forces? He simply trusted his God to supply whatever he lacked in fighting the foe. And that simple, but already tested trust of shepherd boy David, proved enough.

We too can be thought insignificant "nothings" like David in the sophisticated world's estimation. We are "only Christians." We are "only average Americans." We are only this or only that! Each of us only has one vote too. But God is the deciding factor, not us. If he is in our equation, the sum will always come out for us: VICTORY. It doesn't matter how powerful our foes may be--they are going to be defeated. They are born losers! We are born winners! That is the true reality.

If we humbly line up with Almighty God and His righteousness and plans, we are unbeatable. Every foe will bow the knee to God (and us too!). They will be defeated and fall; but we will stand with the Lord who will trample our foes and bring us into a broad place of triumph and celebration. So why not trust God? We face seemingly unbeatable forces in our Big Government today, controlled by forces that are not all all disposed to carry out Christian values and objectives--in fact, they are many times set to do just the opposite! But we can make them all bow the knee to God's desires and plans for this nation of America, if we will just remember God's faithfulness in the past when he brought us through some tough contests with "bears" and "lions". Maybe all we ever faced before were Teddy Bears and plush Pussycats, but at least that was a start for tackling bigger foes down the road. And bigger foes, be assure, will come against you--as they will to every Christian pilgrim travelling the road to the New Jerusalem.

Yes, we have "only one vote" as Christians, but David only had one "vote" to0, and he voted for God against the hitherto invincible Goliath--and God stepped in with the majority vote and David won handily! Votes of two hundred wicked, self-serving, bribed and corrupt senators and representatives in Congress do not decide the course of the nation, nor do they decide the critical issues, not when your vote for righteousness is cast.

Remember David. He "only" had one vote too. But he voted for God--not man--and that made all the difference! There may be a very serious matter on which you may want to email or contact the President even though his term is rapidly drawing to a much welcome close: Michael Savage, the valiant, Jewish conservative Radio Talk show host and a real, living type of Shamgar the Deliverer of Israel, has prophesied that before the close of the year 2008 and the President's last term, George Bush will come out in support of homosexual "rights" and favor same sex marriage. I do hope Michael Savage is mistaken on this issue (though he is dead right on most issues he takes up against the secular fundamentalists he says are subverting and destroying our nation and our freedoms). But President Bush was a close friend of Britain's last prime minister, a self-acknowledged Christian but a Christian embarrassed by it who pushed through the British Parliament anti-Christian, anti-morality and even hate speech laws that, in David Hathaway's view, has set Britain back 1,000 years! Another serious matter: President Bush is bent on forcing Israel to give up the Golan Heights to Syria, a rogue Islamic terrorist state, supposing wrongly that latest concession will win peace with Israel's enemies and success for his policy in the Middle East. Peace in the Middle East will never, never be won on political man's unrighteous terms, such as President Bush's unBiblical Roadmap to Peace is formulated upon. Lord, spare us these compromising Christians in high office who sell out our country's faith on the most crucial issues, and Israel too, for whatever reasons they may have politically. Peace can only be achieved by bowing the knee to Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. If President Bush dares to blindly follow his foolish counsellors and advisers at the White House and the State Department, going down the route of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair's Benedict Arnold-like sorry example, I do believe he is signing the death warrant for this once free nation, not just Israel. We will have no more depths to descend to--we are at the bottom!

JUDAISM IS A NON-PROSELYTIZING RELIGION? There is a specious argument raised by some Jews today that Judaism is not a proselytizing (a hard word to spell for saying "evangelistic," "converting")religion, and, therefore, no Christian ought to proselytize or seek to convert any Jew to Christian beliefs! Really? Judaism doesn't proselytize? That isn't what history shows is the case. Historically, that is not accurate in the least. Paul was a Jew, and so were the other apostles, and they proselytized the Gentiles and Jews alike night and day, and to them we owe Christianity--which is not a religion, but the Gospel of Salvation in Christ. Non-Christian Jews also proselytized, though they claim not to do so in the present era. God's truth was not to be kept to the Jews alone--as the scriptures testify--so a non-proselytizing Jew is not obedient to the Jews' own Torah! I have heard Rabbi Daniel Lapin (a popular Radio commentator speaking from a traditionalist, orthodox Jewish standpoint) claim that Judaism is not a proselytizing religion, and you must be born into it as a Jew--this is patently false and misleading, which this educated man must know to be untrue. Many Jews were not Jewish in blood, but came in as proselytized non-Jews. We already mentioned the Jews who carried the Gospel to the Gentiles. Jesus himself highly commended the faith of certain proselytized Romans serving in Israel, even declaring that no Jew exceeded them. Lastly, Jews are believers today in Jesus Christ (Y'shua the Messiah), and are called Messianic Jews. They proselytize, and spread the Gospel as far and wide as they possibly can, fulfilling the Great Commission given by the Lord to his disciples. Deny they are Jews because they are Christians or believe in Yshua as Savior--you don't have a right to do that, in God's holy kingdom. Being a Jew doesn't make you a non-Jew when you believe in Y'shua as Messiah--far from it. You are then a fulfilled, or completed Jew. A Jew without Christ is not what God desires--for He desires all his children of the stock of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to come into his kingdom through Jesus Christ (Y'shua, His Only Begotten Son).

Case closed! Let God and the Bible be true, and every man--however notable and distinguished and scholarly, be accounted a liar who dares to contradict them.

In America Secular Fundamentalism and Islam are thick as thieves (they are holding all kinds of secret confabs and coffee klatches!), being complicit conspirators, for they operate as hand in hand enemies of this country and its liberties. Political Islam believes in joining with its hated infidel or "kafir" enemy, the secularist governing elites of America, in order to go against a stronger enemy, free Christian America, then when the time is right, it will turn treacherously on its ally-of-convenience and destroy him. Together these two foes of America and our faith in Christ form the "Great Heathen Army." How this army is now invading and attacking and conquering our nation, culture, society, civilization, and people, is the subject of the article, "The Great Heathen Army," which compares Anglo-Saxon Britain's experience with the invading Viking barbarian hordes in the 8th to the 11th centuries, from Alfred the Great to Duke William the Norman Conquerer (himself a descendant of Vikings that invaded and settled in Normandy, France). England's near extinction by the Vikings has, I believe, some sobering lessons for us Americans as we now face real threats to our very survival. There almost was no England. We would have gotten along without Norway or Sweden or Denmark or Iceland (which today are godless, pagan, hell-bent societies), but no England? France could be dispensed with. So could many another nation which has forgotten God. But England's disappearance would have disrupted God's own master plan for this planet--apparently so! Without England, there surely would have not been an America as we know it, for England is America's motherland in every essential respect. Many other nations also owe England's Christian missionism unpayable debts. But as for America, what we are facing today, this very hour and minute, is the most life-threatening challenge to our national existence we have ever faced, including the gigantic, seemingly unstoppable aggressions and imperialisms of Nazi Germany and Japan. The godless, imperialistic, atheistic Soviet Union, as we know, took their place to challenge, intimidate, surround, and overthrow America and the free West--and they too went down into defeat. But Satan's children keep showing up as God knocks them down! Two succeeding, post-Cold War foes, both implacably hostile and aggressive and committed to our unconditional surrender and absolute destruction, are at presently at our throats, squeezing us harder and harder with a death grip. Will we recognize them, before we are overcome and strangled? How? Will we have a future for the younger generation to inherit? Will there be an America, or a totalitarian Islamic police state ruled by those ugly dwarf-like tyrannical and ignorant mullahs (after they have exterminated the secular fundamentalists and liberals that aided their takeover)? We shall all live to see it, if we live through the next decade of violence and destruction and attacks, both cultural, religious, and quite possibly nuclear and chemical.

The story of St. Patrick and his epochal role in the conversion of Christ through his preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ is known by many, but have you made the vital connections? When Ireland accepted Christ during the years Patrick preached, fought the Druid priesthoods of Ireland, and built churches the length and breath of the island, he was constructing, by God's power and grace, a critical spiritual bridge to Britain, by which later saints and monks cross over from Ireland to begin the re-gaining of Britain (then England) for Christ! Then when the Gospel was back in English hands, it was there to stay until almost the present day. Before Secular Fundamentalist Parliaments and prime ministers could throw Christ out of Britain (thereby throwing away the "Great" in Great Britain), English missionaries poured out of this island and spread across the globe, fighting the most impossible and difficult circumstances and hostile forces--until the Gospel won the battle with Satan and whole peoples and nations were delivered from Satan's kingdom and transported into God's eternal kingdom.

We also owe, in large measure, the very creation and founding of a Christian American nation and representative government with limited and divided powers to Patrick and his followers!

But there is more! The outbreak of the Holy Spirit took place, not in England proper, but Wales, among the Celtic Britons, at the turn of the 19th-20th century. When leaders of the revival like the Welshman Evans saw that it had run its course, they did not try to keep it going in the flesh. God was faithful to their obedience, and then raised up the world-changing Azuza Street Holy Spirit revival in Los Angeles in, of all places, not a church but an old sawdusty warehouse! That phenomenal revival spread worldwide, creating the pentecostal revolution that has brought hundreds of millions into faith in Jesus Christ. This on-going revival and evangelization is sweeping the globe at this hour, and millions are coming to Christ at a much faster rate than any earthly religion including Islam. By 2050 the whold world will be completely Christian (no Muslims, Hindus, secular fundamentalists, whatever, in significant numbers), if the rate of people turning to Christ as Savior continues.

But there is more! Rees Howels, son of a coal miner, a humble, hard-working coal miner himself, was raised up by God to found a Bible school in Swansea, Wales, that was devoted to intercession. The students met, prayed, and interceded daily for hours, and the course of history was changed, repeatedly, as World War II was waged. This virtually unknown story can be found, beginning with the classic biography, Rees Howels Intercessor. This book ought to be in every Christian's bookcase. What wonders we see here! They are almost indescribable--for they almost equal in magnitude the Biblical triumphs of the greatest heroes and heroines in the Bible's pages. You can maybe catch a little of the excitement, a little of the thrill I find in Patrick's ordeals, pitfalls, sufferings, and eventual victories as God took a sinful youth and made him a spiritual giant who changed not only Ireland and Britain, but the whole world--changed them for the good, and did it humbly too!

CHARLES DARWIN LIVED TO REPENT OF HIS EVOLUTIONARY THEORY: While actively promoting Islam and even the Buddhist spiritual leader of Tibet in exile, the Dalai Lama, America's public schools will never teach the truth about Charles Darwin, whom Dr. John C. Whitcomb, one of the world's foremost Bible scholars, describes as "an apostate divinity student turned naturalist" (please refer to his website and access information about Dr. Whitcomb's writings and books and teaching schedule across the U.S.). An English friend sends the following incident about Charles Darwin's last days on earth and his turning back to God and faith in Christ:

"God used Lady Hope, wife of the First Admiral of the British Fleet, to reach Charles Darwin with the Gospel during the last days of his life. He was bedridden, and she'd often visit him. One afternoon, as he was reading his Bible, she asked, "What are you studying now?" "Still Hebrews," he replied. "I call it the royal book. Isn't it grand!" When she mentioned how popular his theory of evolution had become he gave her an anguished look and said, "I was a young man then, with uninformed ideas. I thought out queries and suggestions, wondering all the time...and to my astonishment, those ideas took off like wildfire. People made a religion out of them."

"Later, Darwin asked Lady Hope if she'd share the Word of God with some of his friends in the garden summerhouse. She asked, "What shall I speak about?" He replied, "Jesus Christ and His salvation. Is that not the best theme?" Dr. Victor Pierce, an Oxford scholar, says, "When someone tells you evolution explains everything, tell them that Darwin discovered a better theme--"Jesus Christ and His salvation." If they still doubt, invite them to read his favourite book which says, "In these last days He [God] has spoken to us by his Son...through whom He made the universe (Heb. 1:2 NIV). The greatest discovery Darwin ever made was finding Jesus as his Saviour. How about you?"

Rev. Wayne Perryman, and His True, Documented Case Refuting and Repudiating the Democrat Party's Claim to be the "Defender" of the Blacks

Though deceased, this horrific daughter of the devil is still very much a prominent voice in contemporary America through her books and her judicial advocacy and the wicked, life-destroying laws she promoted that are on the books. Her infamous name is Margaret Sanger. Her books and teachings makes her still very much the Supreme Swami or leading spiritual leader in the radical left movement battling day and night for universal, tax-supported abortion, "a woman's right of choice over her own reproductive system," was a runaway mother. She left her husband and children, moved to Europe and had affairs with H.G. Wells the famous science fiction and history writer and also with Havelock Ellis, the writer on human sexuality. She later returned to America, and her daughter died six months later. What kind of mother and wife was that? From this warped, polluted source all manner of evil has flowed until her death at a ripe old age. We all must suffer her hideous legacy, after the 80-100 million aborted babies (only half the abortions in the U.S. are reported, so this may be closer to the truer figure than the 45 million officially given). Some people ought not to have born. If she is responsible in part for all these deaths, then it was a very sad day she was born--not just for herself, not just for her family, but for our entire nation and the world as well. The Prosperity Gospel Preachers are under Congressional investigation--AND FOR GOOD REASONS TOO. Televangelist Paula White is being cited for her egregrious extravagances--her multi-million dollar homes, and Randy's $100,000 car--they are just a couple evidences of the Whites' penchant for "living high on the hog," enjoying the luxuries of the rich and famous, the rotten, alcohol and drug-laced celebrities they obviously admire and seek to emulate. Peter, an apostle, said, "Silver and gold have I none..." That wasn't just a cute, pietisic saying he glibly tossed off for a catchy sound byte on TV or radio, it was the holy truth! Where was his "seed-faith" or "name it and claim it" and "taking back what the devil stole" demonstration? Why didn't he claim the promises supposed to go to a "King's kid" like Paula or Randy White? What was wrong with the Apostle Peter for presenting such a poor, unpromising, bleak picture of his own investment portfolio?

Nothing, really. He was fully invested in the Heavenly Kingdom, not in this passing world kingdom! It is Paula White and Randy and everyone who are invested, not in the Heavenly Kingdom but the kingdom of this world ruled by Satan, for they ape the lifestyle of the rich and famous, and this we ought to question, not question the apostles who lived humbly and were poor men, despite their great spiritual riches.

Where is the witness of Jesus in these Christian leaders we see are so popular nowadays? It is a tragic thing to see such downfalls into materialism and showy consumption--and seemingly no repentance. Why must Christian televangelists act like Hollywood's gold-digging Elmer Gantry, the conscienceless shyster who was featured in the classic film as a type of the dishonest evangelists who are still fleecing God's flock for all they can get.

I have been highly privileged to attend a four day Missions Conference (I was able to attend three days) at the Valley Bible Church of Sumner, Washington, where Stephen Van Horn of ITEM ministries of Aloha, Oregon, on Wednesday, February 20, gave a good sized, highly attentive audience a great presentation of what his ministry is attempting to do on the continent of Africa to combat the heretical Prosperity Gospel promoted by the American religious Television networks (I am in the process of writing to Daystar Television Newwork right now, and will also write to TBN about this as well). The Prosperity Gospel, promoted by T.D. Jakes of the Potters House Church, is immensely popular all over Africa, and T.D. Jakes is the example that the pastors try to follow and preach like, repeating what they hear him and other prosperity gospel preachers spew out on Christian TV coming from America. This false gospel is a terrible thing, keeping the Africans from becoming mature Christians, founded in the truth of the Bible,f or it blends in well with the native African religious syncretism and native religions such as witchcraft, and also coexists easily with corrupt and sinful practices of their culture--polygamy and even immoral sleeping around with women by pastors is allowed, and wife beating too, which along with sheer ignorance of the Bible and the call to holiness creates a very selfish, sin-riddled, weak form of Christianity that is barely more than a cover for witchcraft and the pagan, idolatrous man's carnal manipulation of God by performing various rituals or by making certain sacrifices. Romans 8:5-13, warns us about carnality and the flesh, and living in the flesh, serving carnal lusts, which only brings us death. Prosperity Gospel serves carnality and the flesh, and brings death--not spiritual advancement. We need to steer clear of these false teachers, however attractive and accepted they seem to be on Christian TV!

Romans 8: 5-13:

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Because the carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.

So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. m

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors--not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh,

For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

Let us go to the Ultimate Authority on this question, not the lips of lying or self-deceived "experts" who have something to gain by promoting a false gospel. This Ultimate Authority is the Bible (not Joyce Meyer, or Mike Murdock, or Kenneth Copeland, or Jesse Duplantis, or Marcus Lamb, or Joel Osteen, or Juanita Bynum or Paula White, or Paul Crouch, etc.), which we do not have to comment on, it is so perfectly clear in what it says about riches. As an introduction, here is a chilling verse (Prosperity Preachers be warned!), seldom preached on (I have never heard it preached on): "Some men's sins are clearly evident, preceding them to judgment, but those of some men follow later. Likewise, the good works of some are clearly evident, and those that are otherwise cannot be hidden."--Paul writing to Timothy, I Tim. 5:24-25.

Just below the above statement, Paul states the following about riches and the snares that come with them as a warning for Pastor Timothy and all the people and churches that Timothy had responsibility for:

"Useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself.

Now godliness with contentment is great gain.

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.

But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness."

OPRAH WINFREY HAS REPLACED JEANNE DIXON AS AMERICA'S LEADING WITCH: For many years, Jeanne Dixon was without rival as the Supreme Witch of the Supreme Coven located in the heart of Washington, D.C., serving the highest officials and even First Ladies in the White House (Nancy Reagan was one of her duped clients) with her Crystal ball predictions for many decades--she is dead, and that is no loss to America, but now there is a notable replacement: Oprah Winfrey! She has made herself America's Witch of the North with her own TV channel and studios! With her ardent promotion of New Age Religion and Anti-Christ Philosophy, America's most in-flu-ential (note the "flu" in the word) talk show hostess has well earned this moniker: Oprah, America's Supreme Witch and High Priestess of the World's New Age Religion. Witchcraft and sorcery are spiritual sicknesses, terminal to anyone who engages in them. God's laws in the book of Leviticus condemn anyone who practices witchcraft and sorcery, demanding such people be put to death. Yes, we are in the Age of Grace, but the practice is still condemned, and the result is spiritual and eternal death and destruction unless the sinner repents and quits these sins! But Oprah is not repenting. She is knowingly, for the lust and love of money and fame, spreading a worst sickness than bird flu across America and the world.

OPRAH'S NEW AGE COURSE TO EXPEDITE YOUR TRIP TO HELL: I received this piece by Warren Smith from a pastor friend, concerning Warren Smith's coming out of the New Age Religion and Oprah and Friends coming out with a New Age Religion course, begun on XM Satellite Radio, starting January 1, 2008. In Warren Smith's book, "Deceived on Purpose," he warns people to beware of Oprah's new course called "Course in Miracles 'Workbook'" Warren Smith writes: "When I left the New Age 'Christ' to follow the Bible's Jesus Christ, I had come to understand that the 'Jesus' of 'A Course in Miracles' was a false 'Christ'...Here are some quotes [from the course]...

'There is no sin...'

A 'slain Christ has no meaning.'

'The journey to the cross should be the last "useless journey."'

'Do not make the pathetic error of "clinging to the old rugged cross."'

'The Name of Jesus Christ as such is but a symbol...It is a symbol that is safely used as a replacement for the many names of all the gods to which you pray.'

'God is everything I see.'

'The recognition of God is the recognition of yourself.'

'The oneness of the Creator and the creation is your wholeness, your sanity and your limitless power.'

'The Atonement is the final lesson he [man] need learn, for it teaches him that, never having sinned, he has no need of salvation.'"

This course of blasphemy and deception is anti-Christ, and has the anti-Christ spirit speaking throughout it, apparently. In an instant, no cars, computers, banking systems, no money, no communications, no power systems--it all depends on electronics now. North Korea, Iran, and other rogue nations know this fact, and have been working on getting such a bomb and missile, to send us back into the 19th century so we are defenceless and they can attack us militarily. To me it says he is no environmentalist--not when it it conflicts with his own convenience as a super wealthy man able to own and operate yachts to stage his drunken parties on without publicity hounds taking his picture of his staggering around and throwing up over the side of the boat, just as Al Gore is no environmentalist as he continues to dirty the air world-wide with his Gulfstream jet rather than fly commercial like everyone else has to do.

Governor of California, Arnold Swarzenegger, has well earned his dunce's cap. He has promoted the state's bankruptcy by allowing these illegals access to state monies. Austria's dunce has become California's-- with no gain to California. The damage he is doing will take decades to rectify.

This issue contains the incredible story of the miracle of the hot water bottle and doll, sent to Africa and arriving at an isolated mission station exactly at the critical time it was needed to warm a newborn, motherless baby and keep her alive (hard to believe that anyone would need a hot water bottle in Africa, but without a mother, the orphaned baby was sure to die in the draughty hospital that could get cold at night). A little girl prayed and believed for the hot water bottle to come, along with a little doll, though the missionary did not believe it was possible--and the child's prayer was answered!

Rachel Carson, writing in the 1970's on environmental and ecological issues, birthed a monster in her books. Her Darwinian, Evolutionist views and the anti-DDT movement spawned from her beautifully written but scientifically flawed book, "Silent Spring," the horrible, painful deaths of untold millions of Africans, Asians, and South Americans (not to mention the poverty and squalor that loss of parents and adult breadwinners in families caused!). Her deadly example is now being followed by Al Gore and his Global Warming agenda and campaign. His agenda will kill even more millions than Rachel Carson accomplished in her misguided books about the need to "save planet earth." This agenda of Carson's and now Gore's is the essence of environmentalism.

Environmentalism is now a world religion, a pagan faith with Al Gore as the current high priest, and thousands and even millions of priests and priestesses under him preaching the same message: Save the Planet from destruction from Western technology and pollution. Global Warming (broadened into the term "Climate Change") has come to be Environmentalism's chief sacrament. Join up with this new religion and you will lose your soul, as millions are doing at this time, since it is an idolatry, in which the "creature" (the planet and its life forms) is revered and worshipped, and God the Creator is not honored but dishonored by being completely ignored. Paul in his book Romans warns against this idolatry, which is an old one indeed. There is no such thing as "Mother Nature," but the earth is personified as Mother Nature, and thus has become an earth goddess who bestows life and health and healing to her children--if only they protect the environment through reducing carbon emissions, recycling, using low watt fluorescent bulbs (with high mercury content!), attaching solar panels to the roofs of their houses, buying and operating hybrid cars, filling up their car tank with ethanol the biofuel, and doing all the other things the children of Earth, or Mother Nature, are supposed to do in order to be saved and to "save the planet" from human contamination. Earth has been made an idol, and is worshipped. This is a false religion that replaces God with idolatry, and that brings death to the soul.

Dr. Charles Stanley has just interviewd Harlan Twible, who served on the U.S.S. Indianapolis during World War II in the Pacific. When the ship was torpedoed in the Sea of Philippines, it went down after 12 minutes. Three hundred men lost their lives and did not get off. Nine hundred made it into the water, but for five days, due to a mishap in communications in the naval departments, there was not help coming for five days. During that time the men were circled by sharks, who kept attacking. Harlan Twible was one given command to take the men overboard and then kept them together in the water. he did his duty. He prayed, to keep them in God's protection, and they prayed with him. Men may have gone into the water unsaved, but everyone who came out (300 survivors) were saved men, born of God! Harlan Twible knew better than to give up, and did not give up, despite the shark attacks, and kept his men in prayer, and they made it out of what is called the worst naval disaster in U.S. naval history.
