He reads me when we meet;
Today he reads me in my home.
Tomorrow in the street.
He may be relative or friend,
He may be strange to me;
He may not even know my name,
Yet, he is reading ME.
The Associated Press--Jerusalem--The Dead Sea Scrolls, among the world's most important, mysterious and highly restricted archeological treasures, are about to get Googled. The technology giant and Israel announed Tuesday that they are teaming up to give researchers and the public the first comprehensive and searchable database of the scrolls--a 2,000-year-old collection of Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek documents that shed light on Judaism during Biblical times and the origins of Christianity. Officials said the collection is expected to be available within months for free.

Recently, Biblical Archelogy Magazine has published a list of the names that archeology has verified through evidence from the ground itself. We have it and will want to share those listed names, with scripture references to them, so you look them up yourself! The day is over forever when skeptics among archeologists can dispute the existence of David, for instance. Even his royal palaces have been located, both in Jerusalem and in outlying areas.

First paragraph and a little beyond: "The name Abigail means "maker of joy." Evidently her name was associated with her deed, because her means of making joy was by building a bridge for peace. In the same order that the fruit of the Spirit is listed: 'love, joy, peace,' so peace followed in the wake of making joy. There must be joy in order to have peace. Conversely, there can be no joy without first having peace--peace from within and peace with one's fellowmen."
"Abigail is described as a "woman of good understanding and of a beautiful countenance." That is a rare combination. So often beauty of face is marred by a character that does not portray true beauty..." [think how this describes the so-called "cool" celebs of Hollywood such as the late Anna Nicole Smith, who are only beautiful as far as cosmetics and even plastic surgery and botox along with the latest fashions in designer clothes can make them. Beneath that superficial mask of beauty, what really is there? Emptiness, addiction, depression? You probably wouldn't want to know what lies behind the glamorous mask!--Ed.]
Don't stick your head in the sand any longer, Christian! And, if you are Moslem, how about it, what do you think this bodes for Islam which you espouse as your religion? Nazism is alive and well in Islam, is it not? Islam shares the same anti-semitic spirit, which is Satan's, who hates the Jews passionately and is committed to their extermination and the destruction of Israel and all the promises of God in the Bible that refer to the Jews and Israel. Anti-semitism in Nazism fits Islam like hand in glove. Hitler recognized that fact and personally parleyed with and allied himself with the blood-thirsty, anti-Semitic Chief Mufti of Jerusalem (a relative of Yassir Arafat!), and from that time on Nazism has remained the most admired way to treat the Jewish people among the Moslems, as they never eradicated this poison from their midst, but nurtured it generation to the generation, until now it has sprung forth full-blown in Iran, and elsewhere in Hamas-stan (terrorist-ruled Gaza) and Fatahstan (the "Left Bank" of Samaria and part of Judea and Jericho ruled by the old, corrupt, Jew-hating, terrorist Abbas).
Can lawyers be saved? Can they? After all, their job depends on their being able to
exclude the damning truth prejudicial to their clients and manipulate the facts--that is how they get ahead and get the best of the
rival lawyer in a case in court. Court decisions can bought this way, if you can afford the highest priced
lawyers to defend you. I learned how to do this as a debater in high school and college. Sometimes that could get very, very embarrassing, particularly when both opposing teams, Affirmative and Negative,
happened to quote from the same manipulated source! I was utterly mistaken, thinking that the most important thing was to win the debate, not tell the truth! Wasn't I on the road to becoming a shyster and a lawyer? Well, the answer to whether such dishonest shysters can be saved
is: yes! I was saved, and Charles Finney, a lawyer himself turned evangelist, proved lawyers could be saved, and he also led
many lawyers to the Lord through genuine repentance. I wonder if they had to quit
law and lawyering after their conversions. Some probably did. Well, read the
account of the revival that captured some lawyers for God's kingdom:

Recently, I heard a liberal radio news talk commentator heaping his toxic scorn and vitriol on the Manhattan Declaration, so I had to see for myself what he hated so much, and here it is in its entirety:
AT A TIME
"I would not give one moment of heaven for all the joy and riches of the world, even if it lasted for thousands and thousands of years."--Martin Luther
"All heaviness of mind and melancholy come of the devil; especially these thoghts, that God is not gracious unto him; that God will have no mercy upon him, etc. Whosoever thou art, possessed with such heavy thoughts, know for certain that they are a work of the devil. God sent His Son into the world, not to afffright, but to comfort."--Martin Luther
"The First Commandment You must not have other gods. That is, I must be your only God. Question: What does this saying mean? How should we understand it? What does it mean to have a god? What is God? Answer: To have a god means this: You expect to receive all good things from it and turn to it in every time of trouble. Yes, to have a god means to trust and to believe in Him with your whole heart. I have often said that only the trust and faith of the heart can make God or an idol. If your faith and trust are true, you have the true God, too. On the other hand, where trust is false, is evil, there you will not have the true God either. Faith and God live together. I tell you, whatever you set your heart on and rely on is really your god." -- This text was translated for Project Wittenberg by Rev. Robert E. Smith and is in the public domain. "It was the fact of the resurrection of Christ that called the disciples to go out as burning young revolutionaries to change the world of their day. They preached that Christ was alive. This should be our message, not only at Easter but every day of the year."--Billy Graham, "The Risen Christ," Spring 2011
