In the Name of the Father

This issue tells of Elizabeth Taylor's stunning offer to the hostage takers at Entebbe Airport, Uganda back in the 1970s. First I ever heard of all her heroic work and advocacy for the Jews and Israel.

I took the liberty to mark Christ's palm and wrist. Artists still put the nail print in his palm, which doctors say would be impossible to hold a nail against the weight of a crucified human body dragging on it. It would tear through the flesh almost immediately, there is no bone holding to the nail. the Romans knew how to crucify their victims properly. They nailed the man by the wrist, and the bone there stopped the nail from pulling through. Also, there is a major nerve at that point, so the crucified man's pain was made all the more intolerable as his weight dragging at that wrist as well as the other when he tried to raise himself sufficiently to free his lungs in order to draw a single breath before he lost strength and sank back down again. Again and again, he had to drag himself upwards to breathe again, always putting more pressure on the tortured wrist bones and nerves where the nails were. Yes, the Romans knew what they were doing. And Christ did this for you, for me! For what, I have to wonder? What do I have to give to him in return? Nothing I am and have to give is worth that kind of pain and agony and self-sacrifice. Yet he loved hyou, and he loved me so m,uch he gladly did it! What a Savior!

My mother and sisters, my eldest brother and myself have supported this Seafarer's Center ministry to the world's sailors that spreads the gospel to them and through them far and wide. For over 30 years my mother has been a part of the auxiliary that helps support its wonderful outreach to the sailors. Bible correspondence courses, Bibles, and all sorts of help like in shopping and bringing them needed personal items (if they can't get shore leave) helps the sailors spiritually and physically and emotionally. Laptop hookups, free, are also given them at the Port of Tacoma Seafarer's Center. Recreation facilities also provided, and trips to doctors, churches, stores and malls in the center's van. Who else helps them like this? They are so appreciative, and say so, often with emails from ships at sea! God, please bless this ministry richly!

This issue features a tribute to my mother for all her support over the years to this ministry and makes known her passing to heaven. She left a legacy of faith in action at the Seafarer's Center which shall not pass away, I believe, but will grow from year to year, producing much fruit for God's kingdom.

David Hathaway, the British founder of the mission of Gospel and evangelism and healing to the former Soviet Union republics of the Far East, and the countries of former Soviet-ruled Eastern Europe, starts off his first article with the startling declaration: "Paul, Apostle and Evangelist, says in Romans 1:16, "'I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.' Why? Because it is the greatest demonstration of the power of God on earth!--It is the power to deliver everyone that has got faith!"

That is absolutely true, as a description of the Gospel. It is the greatest demonstration of the powr of God on earth. David Hathaway's ministry to the former Soviet Union bloc nations has got to demonstrate this powser, as nothing else can transform lives. Thousands of healings occur as well as thousands of people reborn as new creatures in Christ under his preaching. The Gospel proclammation he gives is plain and simple and so powerful that miracles of healing spontaneously break forth. He claims to heal no one. He lets God do this, as God promised, when the scriptures promise that signs and wonders, true miracles of all kinds, would follow those who hold up the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. That this is so, accounts for the doors being opened to him across the vast Eurasian continent and its hundreds of millions of people and dozens of different cultures and languages. It is perhaps the most diverse region on earth, but the plain, unadorned Gospel can penetrate every barrier (including terrific opposition and demonization by hostile orthodox churchmen resisting the Holy Spirit's move among the people, drawing them to freedom in Christ) set up by the state or opposing secularists and authoritarians. Where one door is slammed shut, another opens, even wider than ever! The KGB couldn't stop him. Imprisonment in a communist Czechoslovakian prison couldn't stop him. Russian police couldn't stop him. Irate, insecure orthodox churchmen with their fiefs of religion-shackled souls to protect couldn't stop him. For sixty years he has been preaching the wondrous, liberating Gospel, and his ministry grows, and is recognized by the highest leaders and heads of countries.

China has a far more glorious future in store than we can claim, since the Chinese people value the Bible, the Word of God, supremely higher than gold or worldly things. America used to honor the Bible, now we throw it out and ban it in public places! Our nation is under the ax, and will be destroyed, if we keep on this way, whereas China will rise higher and higher, all due to its regard for the Word of God.

Not a Christian but a Jewish convert, Elizabeth Taylor was a mighty advocate for Israel and the Jews to her dying day. When the Jews were taken off the plane in a plane diverted to Entebbe, Uganda, to be slaughtered there, this Hollywood legend bravely offered herself to the abductors if they would let the others go free. That very day the Israeli commandoes, under the leadership of Benjamin Netanyahu's brother, successfully delivered and saved all their fellow Israelis from Entebbe airport, except one sick woman taken off to the hospital earlier, where she was brutally killed. Imagine that! What would they have done to someone like Elizabeth Taylor if they had gotten their hands on her. But stull she offered herself most nobly as a sacrifice so that others could go free. Sounds mighty Christlike to me!

Nick V., the man without arms and legs, who has the ministry, "Life Without Limbs," is clearly a celeb above most of the others you can name--all because after a suicidal depression over his condition he came to see that God truly had a purpose for someone like himself. You would think he had no purpose, and it is hopeless for someone like him. What could he possibly do in life, without arms and legs? Yet he can type over 40 words a minute with his little two-toed foot, and stands up by himself, and plays golf and swims and does all sorts of activities. Besides this, he is an evangelist, and has spoken to millions in over thirty countries. 500,000s people have made decisions for Christ due to his ministry. How is that for a "hopeless", deformed man without arms and legs? How much have you or I accomplished for God with two arms and two legs? Probably not much! When people see Nick smile, they realize that if he can smile, then there is hope for themselves too, no matter how rough their circumstances.

We won't really know all true Christian Celebrities, God's heroes and heroines, until we get to heaven, with few exceptions to that now on earth, admittedly. Paul of Tarsus and Billy and Ruth Graham, among those exceptions we can now vouch will be celebrities in heaven without having to guess about it. But I really doubt Billy Graham would even be known today if it hadn't been for the lady sitting back in his shade! That isn't a guess. Billy Graham would totally agree with me!

B. H. Obama earns the questionable honor of Dune of the World once again, by his speech declaring that Israel should return to its pre-1967 borders, thus reducing a sovereign democratic state to indefensible borders while it is surrounded by hostile, deadly dictatorships all of Muslim extraction and bent on the annihilation of both Jews and Israel! Surely, Obama has overstepped his former follies and heaped on them this mountain of folly to cap them all off! Surely, Obama has put himself on the side of the enemies of freedom as well. He is undeniably a foe of freedom and a foe of the Jews and the Covenant of Jehovah God. He wants to give Jerusalem, or half of it at least, to a hostile Muslim Palestinian state! Never! God forbid! May God be true to Israel in His covenant, which is everlasting, and may every man, including Obama, be exposed as a liar.

Barack Hussain Obama, who loves golf a little too much for his own good, has attacked Libya, intending to knock out Gadhafi and aid the so-called freedom fighters. Gadhafi got this attack from Obama after giving up his nuclear program to the U.S. under Bush's administration! I am sure he has regretted that very much in the last day or so, after experiencing the aerial attacks of America and several NATO allies. We may pay dearly for this. Gadhafi may well target Washington, D.C. for vengeance, and Barack Hussain Obama in particular. Gadhafi is a terrorist and tyrant,and he has no scruples about wasting human life for his own ends. He will now be seeking revenge for Obama's treachery. Obama thinks he is immune behind all the elaborate security systems in place around him, but he is not immune. Gadhafi has chemical and biological weapons, and they can be carried in to the target area and released. Thanks to Obama's flippant use of U.S. power, which is not justified, since Libya was not attacking us, we may lose the U.S. capital and many thousands of people if Gadhafi survives Obama's attempt at regime change in Libya. By the way, this is precisely the kind of thing Obama preached to the world that he would have nothing to do with. People remember that promise and that speech! They will hold him to it, and by his own words and his contrary actions he has revealed to the whole world he is a blatant liar, as well as a dunce who thinks he can get away with it.

The latest dunces are America's Obama Administration and that includes Barack Hussain Obama (aka Barry Sotoro) himself, and Ireland's (Republic of Eire) government, which acts like a far left, socialist, secularist government very much like our own. What have they done? They are recognizing a terrorist state bent on Israel's destruction and the extermination by genocide of every last Jewish person on earth (that is the Islamic terrorist's sworn goal, just go read their own statements or check out their charters for Gaza's Hamas or the Left Bank's Fatah (Palestinian Authority). This is the evil that both Ireland and our own country are promoting and emboldening. Shame on us, shame on Ireland too. St. Patrick would have had nothing to do with persecuting God's Chosen People the Jews!

It is said Irish shamrocks can be tied into traditional wreaths or "nosegays," if you know how to do it, that is. But conceivably enough of them could make a hangman's noose. Ireland needs all the luck o' the Irish it can scrounge up since its latest decision to recognize the "State" of the PLO terrorists in the Left Bank, Israel, and even allow that illegal entity of terrorists to fly its Godforsaken flag on Irish soil over the illegal "embassy" in Dublin. Let the Irish government sanction the terrorists and recognize a so-called terrorist state as a legitimate country, that is folly but God will allow them to commit it. But the consequences will be dire indeed for Ireland. Ireland is going down into the pit of hell, there is no question about it. I would be a little concerned about that if I were Irish right now! God's holy Bible says He will bless those who bless his people Israel and curse those who curse his people Israel. Ireland is cursing Israel, for whatever reasons it has, and is committing national suicide.

Already you see the curse operating. Ireland's financial meltdown recently threatened to bring the EU's financial system and the Euro crashing. It took a tremendous bailout by Germany to stop the domino effect bankrupt, big spending Ireland and Greece started. I rather think that Brussels (one of the EU's capitals) would just as soon not have the Irish (and its "luck" and Blarney Stone) in its empire, for all the trouble this nation of pub-crawlers is creating for the whole of Europe. I know there have to be many true Christians in Ireland who are grieved at what their runaway government is doing with Irish destiny. Patrick, the so-called "patron saint" of Ireland, himself would be most grieved after having led a whole pagan and satan-worshipping nation and woebegone people to glorious salvation and liberty in the Lord Jesus in the 4th-5th century. Maybe I was wrong about the non-voter, for the biggest, most egregrious dunce in America may well be the Christian who has an Almighty God and yet sits out the major issues of the day, without prayer intervention, without caring enough to do anything he or she could reasonably do to help someone, anybody, in those difficult situations we all face today. This dunce lives without any passion for righteousness or the Gospel of Christ for which the world, the whole world is dying, one billion after another going into Christless graves. This kind of sideliner, this fencesitter, this personal peace and affluence, non-involved dingbat is numbering in the untold millions. "Leave me alone! I'm okay, so just let me be what I like, non-aligned!"

He doesn't go to church, he isn't a supporter of any cause or party or needy group, he just slides through life taking care of himself.

Most Christians fit this dismal, narcissistic template or type type to a "t," or is the letter a big "F" for Failure or Flunkee? We fail as Christians if we are like that, we flunk spiritually and every other way too, as God grades us spiritually first, the rest is not really eternally significant, as it is all passing.

Why were we put on this earth, to take care of ourselves, and that is it? That is our purpose? Wrong! We are put here to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbor as ourself! That is the whole law and the Prophets, Jesus said. We serve God, and serve man. It does not say in any way that we serve ourselves first, then everyone else, including God, gets the crumbs that are left over.

Go ahead and remain a non-tithing, non-involved, unengaged Prufrock, a type of bloodless, socially psychologically flat, bottomfish-person whom T.S. Eliot pilloried in his famous poem, "The Lovesong of J.F. Prufrock"--I forget this non-entity's, this cipher's exact initials. He never really committed himself, didn't really give into love in his life of anyone but himself and ended up wasting his entire life, and when he is an old man he realizes it, it is--alas, tsk tsk--too late for this first-class jerk to change. Is that the fate of our generation of Prufrockian Christians? Christ hates our type, he said so! He hates this type with a passion! He said he'd druther have us hot or cold, rather than tepid or lukewarm, and warns he will spit us out of his mouth! That is what he thinks of our Laodicean, Prufrocking Church culture and all our our mealy-mouthed, milque-toast Christianity! Go into most churches today in America and you find less enthusiasm than in the average mortuary service. Yet the same people can go to a ball game and scream their guts out for their favorite team. What frauds they are!

Criticise the televangelists all you like for their flamboyance and loud, garish, pentecostal fire--all you people of the Laodicean peanut gallery sitting on the sidelines, Sunday after Sunday in your stone dead churches and funerary denominations of the "frozen chosen"! Your day is coming when Christ the roaring, big toothed Lion of Judah will spit you out of his mouth!

Get real! Get a life! Jesus was no politically correct wimp, he was intense and passionate and manly and fully loaded for action, and he did everything with passion, controlled passion, but sometimes he could even take a horse whip and chase corrupt swindlers from the Temple, and did it twice too! What they felt on their backsides was a stinging foretaste of God's wrath! Jesus was no Prufrock, no soggy, tasteless milque-toast, no Man in the Grey Flannel Suit, no Senator Dole or Senator McCain who can make friends and compromise and hobnob with the Devil himself, apparently. You wouldn't find Christ crossing the aisles from righteousness to unrighteouness, not the way they do it! If he crossed aisles, he brought righteousness with him, along with mercy and grace, and made a real difference, he didn't water himself down, he didn't water anything down, whether sin or righteousness.

Let's start over, people of God, and repent to God and ask to be like Jesus, be conformed in His image, made unto the real Jesus. He is our only hope for change and real fulfilment.

DUNCE OF THE WORLD CENTER

REALITY CHECK CENTER:

We are in a titanic culture war from coast to coast over the soul of America, over who is to rule, secular-humanism and its ally Islam (temporarily, until Islam sends the secular humanists to prison or the chopping block!) or Christian beliefs and values that our country was founded upon. It is the same as when America was torn apart by the Civil War between the North and the South and over 600,000 men wee slain in the most horrible bloodbath we have ever known, worse than World War II's. Robert Lee had it right, it was a struggle born of expiation for our national sins. Today, it is the same: we will have to expiate our national sins in a most terrible way (perhaps losing upwards of fity million to 100 million people in a nuclear holocaust or plutonium EMP attack), unless we repent now and change our ways back to godly ways.

It is true that Catholics have experienced intense persecution too--we see sectarian spirits in Protestantism that were totally unchristlike, which promoted attitudes that were the opposite of a Christian's toward Christians who have extrabiblical doctrine in a number of respects but, nevertheless, are just as much loved by the Lord (as Benny Hinn exclaims so often, Catholics are so open to the miraculous, which explains how are always going to get healings from God, whereas the unbelieving orthodox believers in Protestant churches miss getting God's miracles in their lives). Many Catholics know Christ personally, that is a fact, and love him dearly. I know, as I have a Christian friend of many years who is a Catholic. Years back one of my old yard customers for gardening was a dear Catholic lady, but really she loved Jesus and followed Him, not the false teachings of the Catholic church or its sacramentalist and legalistic system of producing good works for salvation. She never spoke of the Pope either, or the other things that could divide us, and we had a sweet fellowship in Christ. I have known other Catholics, too, and they loved Jesus and were led of the Spirit. That said, I know there is no room for bigotry in me against Catholics, though I grieve for the millions who are Mary-worshipers and who don't know Jesus as Savior and Lord.

I also admire Catholics for standing so firmly against abortion and for life and marriage as God intended; they have paid dearly in attacks against them for this stand. But let them speak for themselves about this issue, and how they are being treated in consequence, in this society today that is secularist-dominated and supposedly so "tolerant" when it is just the opposite toward people of Christian faith.

"US Bishops Warn of Radical Secularism in Senate Testimony"

What are the historical precedents to as the Ground Zero mosque? One precedent has got to be St. Sophia, the chief tourist site and mosque-museum in Istanbul. You can read a discussion of this edifice after it changed hands from Christian to Moslem, and come to your own conclusion whether we are not indeed facing an old, old policy of Islam that goes back to the 15th century and even to the 7th. You may also see there really can be no such thing as "moderate Islam," and the proof of that is clearly the Moslem Brotherhood, active throughout the Middle East, and its declared religious and political agenda (which is not secularist in any sense of the word).

"Ground Zero Precedents

Are you getting yourself ready for a really rough ride, saint? You should be! We have been bringing you shofar blasts from many different by people of God for ten years now, and the bill is coming due, all over this country! The enemy is inside the gates of the city, literally. The enemy is even now put in charge by our own military and intelligence services! When they decide it is time to stage a coup d'etat and take over the government completely, they will do it, and we will wake up inside an Islamic Republic, called something else of course, so as not to alarm the mass of sleeping and half-drugged, half-drunk Americans. In the meantime this shadow government pulls the strings of Congress and the White House--this is no conspiracy theory, it is a real entity acting in real time and space, and we have to be blind not to see it. Already, Britain is an Islamic Republic, only it isn't yet official and hasn't the full trappings, but it will soon. There is no stronger religion in Britain than Islam, and the government, which is secular-humanist, does its bidding.

One day Germany in the 1930s was still a constitutional democracy, but the next day it was in the grip of a dictator and had become a police state-- yet it looked the same pretty much, and only gradually in the next few years did it become inreasingly apparent that a dictatorship had taken over Germany and the democracy and representational government was dead and gone.

it was too late then to reverse the process that led to it. Is it too late for America> Do we have to go the way of Germany, and now Britain, Canada, and the EU world empire?

there can be no political solution that will fix this--you see how the Republicans are floundering in Congress, they can't even roll back the liberals' big spending that has bankrupted the country--excusing themselves, by saying they can't violate Congressional procedures by defunding Obama's health care bill, etc. With weakness like that--after the Tea party landslide in the last election--the liberals are assured total victory if they just keep in the saddle, for what they are doing is working, they can overwhelm all opposition just as Adolf Hitler and his Nazi party did in Germany in the early 1930s, by hook or crook. He never won an election, he received only the most votes over other candidates. It was Hindenburg who gave Hitler the Chancellorship, which was all Hitler needed to seize all full powers of state and make himself Dictator. So too with the liberals. They cannot win elections, perhaps, but they can do as he did, fight and put themselves in position where they can seize all the powers. Judges will hand them whatever they want then. They need not ever rely on the voting public, as they have circumvented them as well as the U.S. Constitution.

The only stumbling block, the only impediment to their steam roller is this: prayer by saints of God. An Almighty God still exists to help us stop the juggernaut of the Democrat Party (which is not Democrat, but secular-humanist). All its affiliates, such as the media (which is essentially a political organization mouthing propaganda and disinformation, not valid news agencies), including the socialist billionaires such as George Soros and William Buffett and Bill Gates, may cotinue their support, but God is greater than this axis of evil. We may be besieged by all our enemies, and it looks completely hopeless, but God is still able to deliver us. But we must pray!

The Moslem bloc in the United Nations has been pushing a resolution to criminalize Christianity under the guise of protecting religion against "defamation." From "Signs of the Times" Magazine, March 2011, "In November 2010, the UN approved a nonbinding resolution titled, 'Combating the Defamation of Religion." The resolution is intended to curtail speech that offends a religion (for "religion," read "Islam"). Remember the article here featuring the the Al-Aqsa myth? "Signs of the Times," March 2011, carries this report from Christian Century magazine, "Conflict over the Western Wall--For centuries, Jews claimd that the Western Wall (also called the 'Wailing Wall') is a remnant of the wall that surrounded the courtyard of the temple prior to its destruction in A.D. 70 and that its stones date back tot he era of Solomon's Temple. It has been one of Judaism's most holy sites for more than 1,500 years. For many years the wall was under the control of Muslim nations until Israel recaptured it during the Six Day War in 1967. Today it is a major site for Jewish pilgrimages and prayer. However, the Palestinian Authority Ministry of Information [or P.E.E.W.I.T.--'Palestinian Enslavement Enclave With Idiotic Tittle-Tattle'--Ed.])"

has published an official report claiming that the wall was not a part of the ancient temple' rather, it is the western wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque [which is an institutionalized myth, as the site was originally part of the Jewish temple mount, followed by the St. Mary church in the Roman-Byzantine periods.--Ed.]. The report claims that Jews have lied about the age of the wall. The Israelis have responded that the report is a 'falsificationof history' and a 'serious stain on the Palestinian Authority."

Mideast Politics and the riots and unrest in all those Moslem countries have you confused and flummoxed? You are in the vast majority!

But you and I need not be confused about what is happening daily in the Middle East, which is all Muslim except for the lone Star of David state of Israel. The demonstrations and sit-ins in the public squares of major Mideast capitals have young people trying to gain a voice and some share in government perhaps, even hoping to overthrow the brutal dictators who have ruled them for decades now. These Sunni Moslem governments and dicators (Iran's government is Shiite Moslem, and Shiites have sizable minorities in some of the Sunni-ruled or dominated Mideast states, which makes for a bubbling cauldron of tensions and rivalry and vendettas that have nothing to do with Israel, and would be endangering world peace even if Israel did not exist, make no mistake about it.

Israel, through no fault of its own, happens to be the pin lancing the boil of Mideast Islam. The pus is spewing out everywhere, as ugly and repulsive a scene as it can get!

But, make no mistake, the boil is strictly Islam's creation, its major contribution to the world, as Islam is at its essence, a non-productive, parasitical culture that preys on its own body when it is not preying upon its neighbors. What goes on in this pestiferous, toxic, deadly boil is what Mohammed started centuries ago in the armpit of Arabia (an anatomical place ideal for boils, by the way, so this is not said frivolously).

The vast, world-wide, suppurating boil of Islam has erupted in a whole gallery of horrors, the Moslem states, in North Africa and even across the Arabian heartland to Bahrein and the Gulf states. Good! Boils cannot heal until after they erupt and the body gets rid of the poisons. But what is not good, is that America's Obama administration has aligned us with the true losers, the so-called "freedom fighters" in the streets, the "people yearning to be free, etc." These people may want more freedom, but they have never known freedom and its responsibility, so what they can achieve at best is the overthrow of one dictator and the imposition of an even worse dictatorship to quell the chaos they have already created in opppressed Moslem society. Iran is the template. The Shah of Iran was deposed, thanks to Peanut-butter-and-jam Jimmy Carter's throwing U.S. support to the radical Muslim cleric, the Ayatollah, and withdrawing U.S. support from the Shah, our firm and loyal ally. That bit of foolish liberal treachery by Carter cost us dearly, with many American lives lost in subsequent attacks by Iran's terrorist operatives. It may cost us millions of American lives yet, before Iran is finally destroyed (I would think, by Israel after Iran and its anti-Israel coalition launches a nuclear strike or is about to). The U.S. (due to Carter's action) went with the Muslim clerics, and we lost the war for freedom in that country and the whole Middle East.

Nobody could trust the U.S. anymore after that, and we were despised in all the Arab and Iranian capitals. Iran took our consulate workers hostage, and we had to pay a ransom of billions to free them after Carter bungled two rescue attempts and then gave up in the most cowardly fashion, showing he has no business running a nation's affairs and can be trusted only with peanuts.

Iran later blew up our Marine barracks in Beirut, killing over a hundred Marines, and Pres. Reagan washed his hands of it all, and showed an uncharacteristic weakness and withdrew our troops and let Iran's Hezbollah get away with mass murder. Iran was emboldened to try for establishing a pan-Islamic empire ruled from Tehran, and is embarked on it at this moment, while working to make nuclear warheads at its reactors to arm its long-range missiles targeting European capitals and also our East Coast (they have ships that can carry the missile platforms and fire the missiles from out at sea, so they can easily reach Washington, New York, Boston, Miami, Philadelphia, etc.).

But back to the Sunnis, as the Iranians are Shiite. We must not be confused about the recent spate of revolts or demonstrations. They never knew democracy in those Islamic societies, so they cannot end in something good, they will inevitably produce authoritarianism, and worse, a Moslem brotherhood dictatorship. The Sunni Moslem rulers have kept the Moslem brotherhood sidelined up to now, but with Marbarak gone from Egypt and the Tunisian dictator gone too, Libya's Moammar Gadhafi has faced a stiff fight to hold on to his power against his own uprisings of disgusted subjects.

He is better than any Moslem brotherhood inspired dictatorship. There is a measure of sanity with these dictators. It was Gadhafi, after all, who saw what George Bush Jr. did to Saddam Hussain and recognized the writing on the wall was referring to him and he abandoned, voluntarily, his nuclear program to the U.S. to dismantle! Why, then, is he so bad now that we cannot let him continue in power? He has a measure of sanity, he recognizes superior power. The Moslem brotherhood does not recognize anything as superior to itself, and says so in its theological broadsides. It aims at world domination, by any means possible. It is not secular, as Mr. Clapper, head of U.S. Intelligence affairs in Congress, declared. It is essentially religious, and infinitely dangerous. Gadhafi was dangerous, but not infinitely. Gadhafi was not so mad (though he was mad), to think he could achieve world domination. Iran's clerics are that mad, and so is the Moslem Brotherhood. They are both infinitely dangerous. Since the Moslem Brotherhood is aiming at world domination, the utter destruction of the Western democracies and the substitution of their system of sharia law-ruled society for Christian and secular/democratic society, we can no more tolerate the Moslem Brotherhood and its agenda than we can tolerate the mad mullahs of Iran, who are apocalyptic, hoping that a war they provoke will usher in the return of the 11th Imman, a mythical Islamic messiah, who will establish a new Islam World Order on the ashes of the destroyed Western and American democracies.

So we cannot wisely support these street demonstrators, though we yearn for them to know true freedom. It is not possible for them, unless their nations turn to Christ, since their societies are based on Islam and its sharia law that breeds authoritarianism and dictatorship and bondage.

There is freedom only in Christ for the Mideast; there is enslavement and misery in Islam for the Mideast. We cannot change that inexorable, iron-fisted equation, as it is a spiritual one. God's laws apply absolutely to legalisms of the religious kind. Only in Christ can Moslems get free of Mt. Hagar, the law, and find true freedom for which they are now mistakenly setting themselves afire and fighting various Moslem tyrants with guns and rocketry. He is the Prince of Peace. They have no such prince, and never shall have one, except he be Jesus Christ the Son of God.

It is sad that freedom cannot be achieved in the Mideast, but it is sadder if Islam's 1.3 billion souls are not saved. Fortunately, millions of those precious souls can be saved, though politics is a dead-end for Middle-easterners. Millions are being saved, in fact, and Islamic clerics who know a thing or two recognize the fact but can't stop it from happening. Thanks to satellite television and the Internet, even radio and MPE units, the Gospel is getting in everywhere throughout Fortress Islam, where missionaries are hunted like turkeys if they dare to go there. Chinese missionaries are not deterred, however. Thousands are marching to the Mideast, intent to give their lives if necessary to spread the gospel to the captive billion or more souls of Islam. Chinese Christianity is on the march and cannot be stopped by any Moslem regime or Moslem brotherhood or Iranian ayatollah. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the deaths of His saints," scripture says. These are precious witnesses, for they are willing to give their lives to bring Jesus' salvation to the Mideast, all of it, including non-Christian Israel. It is just a matter of time before Islam is conquered, by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Communist China too is rapidly turning Christian, and the rest of Asia will turn Christian too due to the unstoppable pentecostal movement that started at Azuza Street early in the 20th century.

The world will become Christ's, and Islam is fated to fail, just one more attempt to stop an Almighty God and His Christ from reigning over His own creation!

What does the Apostles Creed boil down to? Simply this:

Cross out one "o" in "good" and you have GOD happening to you, the Source of all good!Just a day or so ago visiting a live church in Tacoma, "something GOD happened to me," a real touch from God, illustrating to me in my heart that I am hid in Christ and died with him on the Cross in his own death! What a gift that was from the Lord Jesus. That is worth more than money or even a physical healing, in my opinion.
